The restaurant

They say that in a Wirtshaus, the Wirt—the innkeeper—is at the heart of it all. Unlike in a Gasthaus.

Then again, the Holznerwirt doesn’t exactly hide away in his Gasthaus, either. Why would he? After all, you’ll find not only regional specialties here, but a few true local characters, too. And genuine Wirtshaus culture. In the Gasthaus.

Cozy dining rooms

Come right in and make yourself at home. Holznerwirt has several dining rooms, each one a little different and each with a charm of its own. But they all have one thing in common: they’re wonderfully cozy. And truly beautiful.
